ONE TEEN welcomes teens ages 13–18 who are ready to grow, build confidence, strengthen communication, develop leadership skills, and connect with a supportive community.

This course empowers teens to break free from limiting beliefs that hold them back, unlocking their true potential. By redesigning how they see themselves and others, they can tap into new levels of confidence, passion, and capability. With a focus on personal growth, this workshop equips them with powerful tools that will support them throughout their lives—whether it’s in relationships, conflict resolution, or maintaining self-discipline.

What Will Teens Gain from this Training?

Over three transformative days (October 11-13), teens will engage in hands-on, experiential learning designed to create lasting change. On the first three days, they will dive deep into personal growth. On the fourth day, they will bring their parents to celebrate and share their achievements.
