Congratulations, Graduates of OT2 February Training!
If you saw value for your teen in the One Teen Leadership Program, consider paying it forward to the next teen!
Pay It Forward!

ONE TEEN is a Nevada-based 501(c)(3) organization built entirely by volunteers.
We pay no salaries. Every dollar collected goes directly into student training.
From website development to program management, meal preparation, set-up, tear-down, cleaning, and storage — every operational effort is carried by volunteers who believe in this resource.
To ensure ONE TEEN remains accessible to every teen, tuition is intentionally set at just $144.
However, the true cost of each training is nearly four times that amount (covering facility rental, food, materials, transportation, and trainer costs).
That gap is not a burden — it is an invitation.
We invite you — as parents, family members, and business leaders — to help pay this gift forward.

WHAT WE OFFER:
The teenage years are a profound opportunity to reflect on what is working in our lives, what is not, and what we desire our next step to be. But it takes a committed effort to set aside some time, step off the treadmill of life, and take a look at where we are. ONE TEEN's desire is to provide the optimal environment for just that discovery. We offer a weekend-long interactive experience designed and honed to support teens 13-18 in identifying limiting beliefs, stepping out of their comfort zones, and taking ownership of the circumstances in their lives.

A Focus on Leadership
There is a place for us all to be leaders in our own lives. From a platform of ownership, our training offers tools to navigate challenging emotional experiences. We work to provide a secure environment where teens can learn to stop their immediate reaction, look at what is occurring, choose how to respond, commit to that response, and carry out their decision—knowing that their decision is in complete integrity with who they are and what they want.
ONE TEEN provides professional facilitation, mental health resources, and an experienced staff to ensure each and every teen has exactly what they need to participate to their fullest potential.
We know how to meet teens where they are and walk with them as they work.
Supportive Community
Our staff is entirely volunteer-driven. For over twenty years, this weekend leadership program has been sustained by volunteers throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Now it has a home and a sturdy foundation at ONE TEEN. We are proud to be entirely supported by a community that wants this to exist. It is our honor to represent a resource that has meant so much to so many and to continue expanding its availability.
Other Group Sessions
ONE TEEN collaborates with families, schools, and partners across Las Vegas to offer wraparound care and connection.
We also offer custom group sessions designed for sports teams and coaches, helping athletes strengthen mental resilience, teamwork, and emotional well-being—both on and off the field.

My biggest breakthrough at ONETEEN was learning how to understand and express my feelings more clearly. I’ve been using what I learned to improve my relationships with my family—we’re now more open, honest, and comfortable with each other. What I loved most was the chance to truly connect with others, socialize without pressure, and grow in ways I didn’t think were possible.

My biggest breakthrough at ONETEEN was developing a deeper sense of integrity, confidence, and authenticity. The tools I gained from the training have helped me communicate more effectively with both my family and peers, and present myself as trustworthy and professional in work settings. These skills even helped me land my first job as an Ambassador for the Raiders—and now, a second role with NVCCF. What I love most about this program is how it transforms a group of strangers into a true family.

• What do you find valuable about the ONE TEEN training?
ONE TEEN has played a huge role in my growth as both a person and a leader. What I love most is getting to help others let go and grow into themselves, just as I’ve been able to do through this experience. Being part of that process for other teens is deeply meaningful to me.
• You've attended the training multiple times. Why?
I keep coming back because every experience teaches me something new about myself and who I am in the season of life I’m in. ONE TEEN has shown me that leadership is about presence, empathy, and creating a safe space for others.
• What has been your biggest learning throughout your trainings?
The biggest lesson I’ve taken from ONE TEEN is the power of simply showing up and listening. I use this now in my everyday life, in my relationships, and in other leadership roles. One Teen continues to shape who I am becoming, and I’m grateful to be part of something that allows me to grow while helping others do the same.
Zion attended her first training at 15 and still volunteers at 18.

• What has been your experience with the ONE TEEN training?
The reason I love ONE TEEN is because it has truly transformed my life for the better.
Ever since I took the workshop in the summer of 2023 I have always seen life brighter and I always feel like there is a reason good and bad things happen even if in the moment it makes no sense. The reason I keep coming back is because each time I go into a workshop I get to take something new from it, learn new things about myself, and each class has a different outcome for me.
My biggest learning from my workshop was learning that hiding emotions make it worse and it is okay to let go of things, I use this today by letting go of things that I feel are bugging me and anytime I feel an emotion instead of hiding it and moving on with my day I work through the emotion and experience it so I don't push it to the side and hold on it.

• What has been your experience with the ONE TEEN training?
I love ONE TEEN because it shows how powerful we are as people and how much of an amazing impact we can make on teens who are struggling in life!! I keep coming back because I’ve gotten a lot of good feedback on the impact I create with teens and all I want to do now is continue making a difference with all teens at One Teen. One Teen has become one of my biggest passions and I love seeing the growth within each teen and forming that family bond with everyone in the training!!
My biggest learning is that nothing is personal. Prior to ONE TEEN, I was so unbelievably insecure and I took everything that people said to me personally. One teen made me realize that the only view of me that truly matters is the view of myself. I discovered who I truly was at one teen and I was able to let myself shine without worrying about what others thought of me because other people’s opinions about me are irrelevant. I also discovered that I’ve been viewing myself as unworthy my whole life, so now I’m committed to building up my self worth.
I AM A PRESENT WORTHY ACCEPTING ARTIST.

• Has anything substantial shifted in your life as a result of your experience? Before, I was more closed off and didn’t always think about how my actions affected other people. I mostly focused on myself and didn’t always take the time to understand others. Now, I’m more open, more understanding, and more aware of my emotions and the people around me. I try to communicate better, be more positive, and actually be someone others can feel comfortable around and trust.
• What was the impact of your experience in the ONE TEEN training?ONE TEEN has impacted me by helping me become more aware of myself and others. It taught me how important it is to actually listen to people and understand what they’re going through instead of just reacting. I’ve learned how to be more patient, more supportive, and more intentional with my actions. It also showed me that even small words or actions can make a big difference in someone’s life.
• What would you tell another teen?
I would tell another teen that it’s okay to not have everything figured out and that you’re not alone in how you feel. It’s important to be yourself and not try to fit into what everyone else expects. I’d also tell them to surround themselves with people who support them and to speak up, because their voice matters. Growth takes time, but as long as you’re trying and staying true to yourself, you’re moving in the right direction.
