Lisa La Delfa
Co-Founder, ONETEEN Leadership Program
Lisa La Delfa is the Co-Founder of ONETEEN Leadership Program and a passionate advocate for teens, families, emotional intelligence, leadership, service, and community transformation.
Born in Boston and raised for part of her childhood in Rochester, New York, Lisa moved to Las Vegas with her family in 1980. Her love for art, nature, travel, creativity, and giving back to the community has shaped both her personal life and professional path.
Lisa owned and operated her own salon business for 42 years, building a successful career in the beauty industry rooted in connection, service, and relationships. In September 1999, she entered the world of emotional intelligence, leadership transformation, and personal development, where she discovered a deep passion for coaching, relationship-building, family connection, and helping people clarify their vision for their lives.
For 15 years, Lisa served as Teen Leadership Coordinator at an emotional intelligence and leadership center in Las Vegas, empowering teens to live with integrity, responsibility, accountability, and service. In 2018, Lisa also joined Dazzle Africa as Project Coordinator, where she helps organize and oversee educational projects, including the Clean Water Project, which provides clean water to families in Africa while creating educational opportunities for college students and teens.
In 2025, Lisa created and co-founded ONETEEN Leadership Program with the belief that every teen, parent, and community matters.
Lisa still lives in Las Vegas with her son Bailey and their two rescue dogs, Stretch and Racket. Her home is often filled with teenagers, friends, family, and dogs. She loves art, flea marketing, gardening, nature, and good food.
Lisa believes every creature and every human on earth matters. She believes everyone deserves to have their voice heard, and when someone cannot speak for themselves, we have a responsibility to step up and speak up. Lisa strongly believes we can create a world that works together to make a difference for everyone, especially teens.

Michael Cuddy
Board Member / Treasurer / Volunteer

Michael Cuddy is a Las Vegas native, ONETEEN Board Member, Treasurer, and dedicated volunteer who believes deeply in the power of community and the importance of investing in young people.
Michael’s own connection to leadership training began in 1978, when a high school teacher enrolled him in the Las Vegas Sun’s Sun Youth Forum. That experience left a lasting impression and sparked a lifelong appreciation for youth empowerment, leadership development, and community involvement.
Decades later, when his son became a teenager, Michael was determined to find a program that could offer the same kind of transformational impact. After attending Parent Day with his son, he witnessed firsthand the deep connection, personal growth, and confidence that teen leadership training can create. That experience became a turning point for his family.
Since 2010, Michael has remained committed to supporting and sustaining life-changing teen leadership programs so that more young people can access this powerful experience. Through his service with ONETEEN, he helps carry forward a gift he is proud to pass on to the next generation.
