The ONETEEN Leadership & Mental Wellness Workshop is a transformational experience that equips teens with practical leadership, emotional intelligence, and self-care tools to navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence, resilience, and purpose.

Through interactive activities, coaching, reflection, teamwork, and guided group experiences, participants develop lifelong skills that support personal growth, mental wellness, healthy relationships, and future readiness.

Teens learn healthy ways to recognize and manage stress, anxious thoughts, and emotional pressure through emotional awareness, mindfulness, breathing techniques, self-reflection, and positive coping strategies. They gain confidence by taking small, meaningful risks in a safe and supportive environment.
