Vision Statement

A community where every teen feels seen, heard, supported, and equipped to lead their life with confidence, integrity, responsibility, compassion, and purpose.

Mission Statement

ONETEEN empowers teens ages 13–18 to build confidence, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, accountability, communication, self-worth, and resilience through transformational training, mentorship, family engagement, and community support.

ONETEEN is a nonprofit leadership and mental wellness program serving teens and families through transformational workshops, emotional intelligence training, coaching, reflection, teamwork, Parent Day experiences, and continued leadership opportunities.

The program is rooted in years of volunteer-driven teen leadership work and was created to ensure more teens have access to a safe, supportive environment where they can grow, connect, and develop the tools needed for school, relationships, work, family, and life.
