Effective Date: July 12, 2026

Welcome to ONETEEN ("ONETEEN," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.oneteen.org, our programs, services, donations, and related activities. By using our website or registering for a program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, registering a participant, making a donation, or using any ONETEEN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Program Registration

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

Submitting a registration request does not guarantee acceptance into a program. ONETEEN reserves the right to accept, decline, postpone, or cancel registrations when necessary.

Participants are expected to follow all program rules and instructions provided by ONETEEN staff and volunteers.

3. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must:

  • Complete all required registration forms.

  • Provide accurate emergency contact information.

  • Inform ONETEEN of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accommodations.

  • Ensure the participant arrives on time and follows program requirements.

4. Payments

Program tuition and other fees must be paid according to the selected payment option.

Deposits and payment plans may be offered for certain programs.

Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of registration.

5. Donations

Donations made to ONETEEN help support our nonprofit mission and programs.

Unless otherwise required by law, donations are considered voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly so we can review your request.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Program cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility may depend on the date of cancellation, program expenses already incurred, and administrative costs.

ONETEEN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to weather, emergencies, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, participants may be offered a transfer, credit, or refund at ONETEEN's discretion.

7. Participant Conduct

To provide a safe and respectful environment, participants are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect.

  • Follow staff and volunteer instructions.

  • Avoid disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

  • Respect program facilities and equipment.

ONETEEN reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the program.

8. Health and Safety

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate health information.

In the event of an emergency, ONETEEN may seek appropriate medical assistance if a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached promptly.

Parents or guardians remain responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

9. Assumption of Risk

Participation in ONETEEN activities may involve physical movement, team-building exercises, and emotionally engaging discussions.

By participating, parents, guardians, and participants acknowledge these inherent risks and voluntarily choose to participate.
